LEADERSHIP
Apostles Jeff and Dr. Linda Herbert co-pastor Victory Church of Alexandria and are ordained by Bishop Dr. Bill Hamon. Victory Church is part of the Christian International Network of Churches. As part of their prophetic/apostolic calling, the Lord has ordained and anointed them to bring spiritual restoration to those who are lost, broken-hearted, without hope, blind, bound, and captive. Personal testimonies by many have confirmed the sovereign move of the Lord through their ministry. Salvation, miracles, and healings have occurred through their prophetic ministry; prophecies have come to pass; addictions have been broken; marriages have been restored; and the oppressed have been set free.
Dr. Linda is a retired Colonel in the United States Army, with over 31 years of active-duty military service and a survivor of the 9/11 terrorist attack. She is also the 7 MKI Military Mountain Leader.
Together Apostle Jeff and Dr. Linda have served in ministry for over 20 years. They have a heart of service and are committed to seeing God's people prosper in their callings. Read more here.
Sean and Andrea Hinson are ordained Pastors and elders with Victory Church. They oversee the Sound, Children and Youth and Intercessory ministries. They enjoy spending time with family and their son.
