Apostle Dr. Linda R. Herbert is the President and co-founder (along with her late husband Apostle Jeffrey Herbert) of Victory Church of Alexandria, a prophetic/apostolic, multi-racial, multi-cultural church with an international outreach. Our vision and mission is to raise, train and equip the Body of Christ to fulfill their ministry callings. In fulfillment of our vision and mission, we provide prophetic/apostolic teaching, ministry, healing, and deliverance.  We believe that Jesus saves, heals, and delivers.

Apostle Linda is ordained by Bishop Dr. Bill Hamon, and is on the Board of Governor’s for Christian International Network of Churches.  As part of her prophetic/apostolic calling, the Lord has ordained and anointed her to bring spiritual restoration to those who are lost, broken-hearted, without hope, blind, bound, and captive. 
 

Apostle Linda is a retired US Army Colonel with over 31 years of active-duty service having served a 1-year combat tour overseas in Iraq and the Middle-East, with many other overseas deployments. Her highest awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal (DSSM), Legion of Merit (LOM), Bronze Star, and Combat Action Badge (CAB).  She is also a survivor of the 9/11 terrorist attack and is the 7MKI Military Mountain Leader for Christian International. She has authored two books, is a conference speaker, and is a graduate of the US Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA. She has a Bachelor’s degree, holds four Master’s Degrees, and has a Ph.D. from Regent University.

Dr. Linda has served in ministry for most of her life, being raised by her parents who were ministers.  She has a heart of service and is committed to seeing people saved and walking in their callings of God.
